Thing to look out for: a humongous Christmas music post from me soon, because they were freaking playing it today for the first hour I was at work. Look, I love the holidays like everyone else, but seriously, can't the decorations come like, the week of Thanksgiving instead of right before Halloween? I swear they put the tree up at my local mall on October 24. |

I can't wait for this damn movie, okay. Y'all, I have missed seeing him on screen, for real. Also, next year we get Iron Man 2 and From Paris With Love (JRM OM NOM NOM NOM) and... I'm certain there's others but so far that's my trifecta (RDJ, JRM, and... Topher. WHY CAN'T YOU HAVE FUN INITIALS, MR. GRACE, GOD).
And unrelatedly: Stephenie Meyer is going to be on Oprah next Friday.

1) Post a list of up to 20 books/movies/anime/TV shows/video games/bands [fannish etc.] that you've had an obsessive fannish love or interest in at some time in your life.
2) Have your f-list guess your favourite character/member from each item.
3) When someone guesses correctly, strike through the item and put the name of your favorite character next to it.
4) Because it's me, and I'm an indecisive bastard, I may have two or three favorite characters in a fandom. Just as a heads up.

I was half-tempted to put in "James Bond (actors)", but that shit would have been way, way too easy. But, fun fact: when I was ten the first Bond movie I remember paying attention to was Goldeneye and Pierce Brosnan was like, the first man I ever thought was handsome. I could not compute hotness yet. So even when Die Another Day sucked hardcore and everyone was all, ZOMG NEW BOND I was like, "WAT NO WHO IS THIS BLONDE DUDE, BRING BACK PIERCE!" And then I saw Casino Royale and we know how that ended. |

Something I have always wondered: if you put in your e-mail address in the "find password" box, and you have a few journals assigned that e-mail, would it send you the passwords to all those accounts? It probably would, but I've never bothered to find out. Huh.
Also, I am convinced I need moar people I know from miscellaneous games/various communities I occasionally post at on my f-list.

I had this awesome yet weird dream in which I was at a movie theater and everyone was all dressed up like it was a premiere or something. Random people from my job were there and so were random Gossip Girl peeps, who kept switching out dresses like it was a fashion show or something.
Then out of nowhere Leighton comes up to me and is like, GIVE ME THAT DRESS and I was suddenly wearing this really cute purple sleeveless dress with 3D flowers on it, and I switched dresses with her (I love how, in dreams, you can automatically switch clothes and everyone's fit you and everything. It's like the movies in a way). And the dress she was wearing and switched with me was lilac and strapless and had this pleated top part and it was awesome and I looked awesome in it. And for some reason I was wearing cowboy boots. Go fig.
So then Ed shows up and I'm acting very Blair-like to him and then we start tangoing in the hall of the theater for no damn reason. And then we discover that they're doing a special showing of The Dark Knight in theater two, and I was like, WE MUST GO SEE THIS I LOVE THAT MOVIE. So we go into this theater and they have two screens in there for some reason and they were showing Lego movies until the movie started. And at one point I had on a t-shirt over my pretty pretty dress because it was cold in the theater, and then I took the shirt off and Ed and I sat down and I leaned my head on his shoulder and he wrapped his arm around me. It was so cute it was stupid.
And then a few weeks ago I had this crazy dream about me and Leighton accidentally murdering this girl, and her ghost was haunting us. I don't know what that means. |
