this is, quite possibly, the most out of nowhere post ever.
Back in the dark ages, when everyone had a personal web site, I had a page containing a list of all the actors/singers/famous dudes that I could remember having a crush on, and I had pictures and a short little thing explaining about when I realized that I thought they were hot. It was started out of sheer boredom, and provided many lulz for anyone who saw.

So anyway: I was making icons a minute ago and I decided that I needed a screencap from the first season of Lost, and in the... sixth episode of season one, there's this scene when Sawyer walks up to Kate on the beach, and he's wearing the black button-up shirt that my AIM screen name comes from and sunglasses, and his hair is blowing all over the place. And, now that I think about that, that's about the time when I stopped going, "OH MY GOD, WHY CAN'T THE ASSHOLE DIIIIIIIE" to "...okay, maybe he's not so bad." And I went from "Maybe he's not so bad" to "ZOMG LOVES" after a few more episodes. So anyway, this is the shot that did it for me, which I am not cutting, because it's small:



SERIOUSLY. I don't think anyone has ever looked at me like that, and if they did, I'd probably just keel over like those women in 19th century novels who have the vapors or something.
